Fred Bare down under
Buckets and Spades by the sea
Just the mention of Australia instantly conjures images of beachside living, sunshine and flip-flops. Being AAB’s home country I have a definite soft spot for the land down under – especially for its eclectic range of brands for little ones, which I’m incredibly proud to shout about. One of these labels is the seaside chic Fred Bare.
Buckets and Spades is one of Australia’s largest stockists of Fred Bare and, thankfully for AAB readers all over the world, they deliver across the globe. The Buckets and Spades bricks and mortar flagship store is located in Port Melbourne, the nearest bayside suburb to the central Melbourne city area. It’s one of Melbourne’s most fashionable suburbs and, because if its proximity to the city and its sheltered bay beaches, it’s one of the most sought-after parts of Melbourne to live in.
The second shop can be found in the Melbourne suburb of Brighton, situated in a stunning seaside location, with clean beaches, wide streets and landscaped public gardens. Like most bayside suburbs of Melbourne, Brighton is big on cafes and restaurants and is just the kind of place you’d expect to spot little ones dressed in Fred Bare, whose collections ooze relaxed beachside chic.
For AAB readers who can’t pop by the Buckets and Spades stores, you can always shop online here. Even better news is that AAB readers are entitled to 15% off full-priced items at all times. Click here to get your discount code.
